KittynMeow SG I've encountered another guy who went in and out of that parking lot more than 3 times.... by the time I squeezed my car past him, parked and exited my car, he was still reversing.... talking abt driving skills... tsk tsk tsk
LOTUSfairy SG good idea... got one time, my guy friend who is quite tough and taller than me walking by my side. One guy rode bicycle on the payment...(the road is empty near singapore expo), and ring his bells loudly non-stop to shoo us....to give way to him.. my friend got so angry that he turned around and grab his bike handle and ROAR at him... the guy got so frightened that he hopped off and push the bike to the road and rode very fast away... i was a bit surprised....but then...I shall do the same NEXT TIME... my TURN TO BE FIERCE! and a lady yell can be very piercing to the ears!!!
Fatum SG I agree .... my aunts, my uncles, my father, my mother, my sister ..... especially the last ...... my younger brother has yet to pass his driving license, after three tries ... I think it may be a blessing ...
choco B SG Here's my theory about why men are so petty & bloody-minded on the roads (warning: gross generalization ahead :lol For guys, a car is an extension of their ego. Therefore if anyone cuts them off, it's like a personal affront, as good as slapping them in the face. That is why diedie cannot let the bugger in front! Diedie cannot let the other cars pass first!! etcetc. It's PERSONAL. I observe ladies are not that bad in this context. Cut cut lah, it's just driving.

av98m SG not very true these days. I've had some bad encounters with CB female drivers when travelling by cab. fucking reckless drivers and they dare to shout and yell and threaten to sue/complaint even when they are the ones at fault for causing the near-accidents by anyhow speeding.
KittynMeow SG so far the bad drivers I've encountered are mostly middle-aged men.... some young punks, true... and 50% of them drive a merc....
Fatum SG you'd be surprised .... people here actually give way and pass .... they are CONSIDERATE ! ... the only few bad encounters on the road I've had here were from 1.) middle aged women ... 2.) asian punks .... 3) middle eastern/south asian immigrants ..... that said ... I survived the traffic of vancouver, calgary and edmonton .... driving there is often like playing daytona on an expressway ..... my last overnight trip to edmonton I witnessed 5 accidents on the roads ....
kopiosatu SG i'm back from work~ started at 9am, finished at 11.30am i am so efficient. muahahahahaha and i'm so proud that i can usually park cars well. probably because i used to drive a tonner, so cars are all small to me.
elindra SG My dad used to be a good driver But now that he is older, I find that he is very 'blur' when it comes to driving My mum drives a hell lot better then alot of males out there on the road but she has not driven for a long time, and the last time my brother and I said in the car with her behind the wheels, we were Talk about dangerous driving. I dunno how many traffic rules she broke during that short journey My brother drives like my dad when he was younger, so I told him most likely he will be a blur blur driver when he gets old
